Here at Daniella Ortiz, we want you to be as delighted with your purchase as we are with our products. We are so proud of our bags and passionate about our client’s satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused product within 14 days of purchase, and we will find the right bag for you!


In-Store Purchases: Please return your unused product with the original receipt to your nearest Daniella Ortiz retail store within 14 days for an exchange. If you do not have your original receipt, or if it’s been longer than 14 days, you’ll be issued a store credit for the current retail price of the unworn product. Purchases made in a Daniella Ortiz store must be returned to a Daniella Ortiz store (only for exchanges, not refund).

Online Purchases: For your convenience, we offer two options for returning your order, either by mail or by visiting a Daniella Ortiz retail store. Please see below for details.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging (the bag box and delivery box if possible), together with their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return. Daniella Ortiz has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via the Website are in original condition when returned.


To begin a return, email us at with your name and contact information, including your address, and original order number, within 14 days of the ship date.
We will contact you with a shipping label as well as for instructions on returning your item.

All returns must be shipped back using the Daniella Ortiz shipping label. All other returns will be refused and returned to the sender.

Daniella Ortiz Design Group has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition. We want our clients to be happy with their purchases and will do our very best to achieve this goal!

The refund process will begin upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted in the account in which your payment was made. A $30 return fee for processing and handling will be deducted from your refund. If you select a store credit instead of a refund, the return will be made free of charge.

If you are unable or do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, please contact Customer Service, who will record your return. You can then return your package to either Daniella Oritz store:

You may exchange an item for another item of lesser, equal, or greater value, subject to the conditions below.

If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the difference in price.

If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt of the item returned by crediting your debit or credit card.

If you exchange an item, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged shipping costs for the second delivery.

Only one exchange per item will be honored.

The following specific conditions apply to exchanges of gifts: If you received an item as a gift from the Website, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value only (the difference in price must be paid by you, the recipient of the gift) subject to the conditions below. No refund will be made if you exchange your gift for an item of lesser value.

You may exchange the item either:
• for a different item in the same product category
• for one or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift


You can return your Daniella Ortiz purchase to the Daniella Ortiz store nearest you. To complete your return in-store, simply follow these three easy steps:

1. Bring the items you would like to return to any Daniella Ortiz store nearest you.
2. Present your original packing slip / original shipping confirmation email to any sales associate. Without your proof of purchase, a
